Fill out the shipping fields with your Indian shipping address, Unique identification number and Phone number at checkout.
All your purchases will be shipped to our Indian HUB.
Remember, your Indian shipping address will be visible on your Customer space.
2. Start shopping using our Online Purchase Assistance
Having trouble buying in Indian Websites as some merchants do not accept your foreign credit card.
Fill out the Online Purchase Assistance form.
It tells about the product you like to order from the site of your choice.
Add as many items as you wish.
Estimate the cost of the items along with GST and do the payment to your wallet.
We make the orders and if items are unavailable you will be notified then edit and give a different URL along with difference in price if any.
3. Shop using our In-Person Purchase Assistance (Local shops within Chennai)
Make a list of items that need In-Person Assisted Purchase.
Estimate the cost or get quotes from us and pay along with GST to your wallet.
Our people will purchase the item from stores personally.
Charges will be adjusted in the shipping fee if any item is unavailable.
Any extra amount paid will be reconciled in shipment fee.
You are notified when purchase is completed.
4. Parcels from Loved one’s
Send Parcels from your friends or family within India that need to be consolidated along with your other orders. It can be done in three different ways.
a. Parcel through Courier
Send the parcel to our Sajan Parcels Address through local courier.
Fill the Parcel details form.
You are notified once Parcel is collected.
b. Parcel Dropped in-Person
Fill out the form.
We collect the Parcel dropped at our Door step by your loved one’s.
You are notified once Parcel is collected.
c. Parcel Pickup (within Chennai)
Fill out the address and details where Parcel need to be collected.
We will send our Assisted Person to Pickup your parcel.
You are notified once Parcel is collected.
5. Home made Masalas available
If you prefer authentic Indian masalas here is the chance.
Choose from our list of homemade Masalas.
Do the payment to your wallet as calculated in the page.
Once Payment is done, we will include the item in your consolidated list.
